HOLIDAY HOME ON THE COSTA BLANCA 

A freestanding Spanish style double storey house, featuring a spacious sunny garden, private pool and terraces in a secluded cul-de- sac in Buena Vista near the village of Benissa.
The villa is comfortably furnished for 6 people the garden is fully walled and there is ample private parking available.

Layout of the house:

1st floor:
- Lounge with comfortable couch and a gas heater for the slightly colder nights in winter. French doors that open onto the balcony with furniture and umbrella.
-Sunroom with couch and satellite TV & DVD player. French doors onto the balcony with a beautiful sea view and a staircase to the roof terrace.
- Roof terrace with sea view
- Fully furnished dining room with a door to the ground floor terrace.
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
- Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, and sink.
- Kitchen with ceramic plate, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, percolator, water cooker, and dishwasher.
- Small laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer

Ground floor (around the outside):
- Living room & dining room with satellite TV and gas heater
- Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer and gas stove
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine

On this level you have the swimming pool and some spacious terraces with garden furniture, umbrellas, and sun beds as well as a small covered terrace and outside shower.

Above prices are based on a maximum of 6 people. During your stay the house will not be cleaned, for that purpose, you have to take care by yourself. You will be charged for the mandatory final cleaning costs (€ 60,-). Bedding & towels are not included in the price. The swimming pool will be cleaned once a week

For the comfort of all our guests, we would appreciate not to smoke in the house.
 
Weeks are from 14h00 Saturday until 10h00 the next Saturday.

* The top floor of the house is equipped with central heating and therefore also suitable for the winter period. The price in this period is excluding gas, electricity, and water.
Special prices for longer periods are available on request.

Distance to the supermarket 1km

Benissa

You can travel to Benissa by plane, flying to Alicante or Valencia airport or of course by car from any other place in Europe. You can reserve a rental car at the airport to continue your journey to Benissa. To have a car available is definitely recommended.

Benissa is located between Valencia and Alicante, only 35 km from Benidorm, a very nice village especially around the square with the beautiful cathedral. When walking into the small alleys across from the cathedral you’ll get to the oldest picturesque part of the village. Small bars with their famous tapas (small Spanish snacks) are seriously worth a visit. In January and February you’ll experience the beautifully flowering almond trees all around. Due to the convenient geographical location of Benissa it is an excellent starting point for the many interesting trips in the area.

The climate here is one of the mildest in the Mediterranean because of the shielded south-eastern location, with mild sunny winters and thanks to a gentle sea breeze very pleasant summers.
